Volunteer Board Treasurer & Chair, Audit and Finance Committee

We are seeking a new Treasurer & Chair, Audit and Finance Committee to succeed our current Treasurer and help lead this next phase of organizational development.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join the Board of Directors and play a key role in strengthening financial governance, establishing a formal Audit and Finance Committee, and supporting the long-term sustainability of an organization working at the forefront of the low-carbon building sector.

As Treasurer, you will provide strategic oversight of the organization’s financial health and serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director, CFO, and Board of Directors. You will also lead the establishment of the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee, strengthening governance, financial oversight, and accountability as ReCover continues to grow.
